Developed by the Ghirardon Group, the "Oversea Building" is an exceptional, ecologically innovative and practical residential complex aimed at the very top end of the international real-estate market. Simone Micheli was responsible for planning the project as well for designing the interior of the "Oversea Building". Key parts of the building were presented in September 2010 at the "Abitare il Tempo" exhibition in Italy. The stand showed the conceptual plan of an apartment consisting of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Technology from Hettich supports the high-quality, purist furniture design: InnoTech drawers with DesignSide, Sensys hinges with integrated dampening, ProDecor Touch-in handles and Magic lighting systems.
