Who wants to stand out there watering the garden every day? This is an easy and efficient way of watering. The slow drip from a soaker hose only waters the immediate rooted area of the plants... no wasting water on unnecessary areas of the garden. The manifold is built in 4 foot sections which allows room for the large tiller to pass between rows and makes it easy to store the manifold in the winter months. I have often times forgotten I turned on the water and flooded the garden. Use this with a timer on the water supply, set the timer and forget it.
