The sawmill has a massive throat opening of 67", and uses 2-3" thin-kerf blades. With the WM1000, massive logs can be sawed into half, quarters, or cants for resawing. The operator controls all cutting functions while standing on a platform that moves with the head, and includes computerized setworks controls.
