Automatic tray sealer machine in line available with optional equipment to give high performance and flexibility to the customer's requirements. Machine permit to operate starting from 1 lanes of tray; trays coming from customer' production line are loaded onto the machine with the right indexing step. A good dimension of mould permit to process up to 4 trays in a time getting an high speed production up to 60 trays in a minute. Machine base is generally designed and adjusted on customer request to give the best performance and flexibility . Servo controlled motions, PLC system with high capacity able to control complete automatic line starting from a denester , metering unit, wheighter fillers and different out-feed distribution according the request.
