Pre–barker of round logs PE-2 (for log Ø 150-250 mm). Machine for pre-barking round log to an approximate diameter. To the one end of the basic frame the mechanism for rotation of a log is fastened, and to the other end there is fixed the center trestle for supporting the log.

Milling machine for round logs PF-2 (Ø 150-250 mm). It is intended for processing logs into the exact size. The support has two mill shafts with director and its longitudinal movement takes place with support of the motor reducer and chain drive.

Machine for making longitudinal groove PV-3 (Ø 150-250 mm). It is intended for milling longitudinal groove and technological surface into a round log. Operative part consists of three milling cutters; one of them is for milling technological surface and other two for milling longitudinal groove.

Multi-purpose bench for round-logPL-1 (Ø 150-250 mm). For milling pins and wadded rabbet into round-logs. It also allows drilling the apertures for steel bars and cross-tongues. Movement of all operative parts is hydraulic.

Fluting cutterTLF-1 (works with PL-1, Ø 150-250 mm). For milling T-lath slots into the ends of a log. It is also possible to cut the log to necessary length with crosscut saw (alongside the machine tool). Hydraulical supply from PL-1.

Roller track (2 x 6 m) behind TLF-1 and in front of PL-1

Automatic soaking device PK-1  (Ø 150-250 mm). For treating the logs after production in order to protect the logs from blueing termites etc.

Ventilator VL-400. For saw dust removal.
